What does it cost to have our concerts on Live Klassisk?
Nothing. Every organiser can use Live Klassisk for free - you create a profile, add your concerts and are visible to audiences straight away.
A partnership costs from DKK 2,500 a year. Then we do the work: we create and update all your concerts, review them by hand with an accuracy guarantee, write a portrait of you every year and put your concerts in the newsletter, among the week's recommended concerts, in the Concert Guide and on social media.
Why be on Live Klassisk when we have our own website?
The people who already know you find your website. The people who don't are not searching for you - they are searching for a concert.
They are the ones who fill the hall with new faces, and they only find you if you are where they are looking.
What do we get from a partnership that we don't get for free?
You don't have to do it yourselves, and it gets done properly. We create and update all your concerts, review them by hand and keep the information correct all season - also when the programme changes.
And we market them: your concerts go into our monthly newsletter and are featured among the week's recommended concerts, in the Concert Guide and on social media. Every year we write a portrait of you on Live Klassisk, and you get 50% off everything under Add-ons.
What is the portrait?
An article about you on Live Klassisk once a year, for example an interview ahead of one of your concerts. We send you questions, you answer and send photos, and you see the article before it goes live.
If you want more articles, they can be added - with 50% off for partners.
Why does it cost more for large organisations?
Because the price follows the work. A symphony orchestra with a hundred concerts a year needs more upkeep than an ensemble with five. The content of the agreement is the same - the scope is not.
How do you decide whether we are a small, medium or large organisation?
By how many concerts you hold a year and the size of the organisation. If in doubt, write to us - we will find the right solution together.
Who creates the concerts?
You decide. With a free Backstage login you do it yourselves. With a partnership we create all of them, review them by hand and correct them straight away when the programme changes mid-season.
What does "extra visibility" cover?
We work actively to fill the concert halls - with targeted exposure across the platform, in the newsletter and on social media, when you want your concerts to reach further.
It can be added whether or not you have a partnership, and partners get 50% off.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Create a free profile, add a few concerts and put the widget on your site. The partnership is something you can choose afterwards.
Can we show the concerts on our own website?
Yes. With our concert widget you can put your concerts from Live Klassisk on your own site. A concert is edited in one place and updated everywhere.
The widget is free for everyone. Partners get it without our logo - and don't have to keep the calendar up to date themselves.
Do we need to be able to code to use the widget?
No. You paste one line of code where the calendar should go. It works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and most other systems. You choose how tall the calendar should be - and we are happy to help you set it up.
What happens to the calendar if we stop being partners?
It stays on your site. The widget is free - as a partner you simply get it without our logo, and we keep the content up to date for you.
