Description

It has become a festive tradition to devote a special event to the genres of opera and musical on Furu egg during the church festival days. Here the audience can experience musical highlights (literally) over good food and drink. The soprano Margrethe Fredheim and the bass-baritone Magne Fremmerlid are known to the Sandefjord audience as two of our foremost international opera singers. After winning several prestigious international competitions, Margrethe has been a permanent member of an opera house in Germany. She has now moved back to Norway and settled in Oslo. Magne Fremmerlid is one of our foremost singers of our time, and he also has a rich history connected with MiSK. The accompanist is Svein Rustad, so this is a meeting of close musicians and friends. Join the party! And let it be a sweeping, splendid prelude to the fantastic closing concert with Rebecca Dale's “Materna Requiem” on Sunday 25.10.
