Akerselva Kammermusikkfestival
20. mar. - 21. mar.
Oslo
This year's festival is called “Komponistinnen” and is probably Norway's first classical festival with exclusively female composers. Over two days in March 2021, young professional musicians come together to explore a forgotten side of music history and uncover the many musical treasures that women have left behind through the centuries. The aim is to bring forward the many unique voices that exist both now and back in time. Tickets will be released during February. We are keeping our fingers crossed that we will be allowed to welcome an audience at these concerts, and in any case the concerts will be streamed.
