Oslo Operafestival has been held every autumn since 2006. We organise concerts all around Oslo. We are ourselves based at Gamle Raadhus Scene, where we also organise Lørdagsopera throughout the year, and a number of other concerts and events. Oslo Operafestival is a festival for everyone. Both big and small. We have opera for children and many of the concerts for adults can also suit children. We stage short versions of well-known operas and always have some of the country's best performers along with young, newly graduated singers. If you think you do not like opera, this is the festival for you. Here you get to experience opera LIVE and with a twinkle in the eye. We guarantee that you will enjoy it.
