Asker kammermusikkfestival
24. okt. - 1. nov.
Asker
With autumn in Asker comes Asker kammermusikkfestival with beautiful classical music, as surely as the birds fly south.
Welcome to the festival!
This year's varied programme has concerts for every taste. From Operapizza at Venskaben, which has now become a tradition, to The Carnival of the Animals by Saint-Saens. A fantastic chamber music work for 11 musicians. There will be kangaroo, lion and elephants wandering across the musical stage, and not to forget the swan. One of the best-known pieces in the world of music. The musicians are all connected to Asker, some live here and some work in the municipality. Pia Borgli tells short animal stories. This year the opening concert will be a school concert at the International School. There will be Mini Magic Flute by Mozart. This year's Asker composers are Kjell Magne Andersen and Kari Beate Tanberg. They have their own concert at Venskaben on Sunday evening. These were just a few of the concerts. On the programme page you can see them all.
See you at a concert!
