The dream of our own festival. The dream of the most beautiful music. The dream of the best musicians. And a world-class violinist who believed in us.
None of this would have become reality if the violinist and composer Henning Kraggerud had not believed in us more than we did ourselves. If he had not inspired us and motivated us to dare to go for it - to follow our dream.
Our first festival was held in March 2020, 4 days before the whole of Norway was shut down because of the coronavirus. 3 concerts with the music we love most, with the best musicians and with the best audience. We started out as Osetvillingane sitt Musikkeventyr and carry on as Ose Kammerspel. There will be many more festivals in the years to come, where the musicians together with the audience will create the genuine, passionate and warm musical experience.
The festival takes place in the beautiful West Norwegian village of Sandane in Gloppen municipality, a municipality with plenty of both cultural and natural attractions. You can easily get here by direct flight from Oslo, where you land at Norway's finest airport. Accommodation can be found at the historic Gloppen hotell.
