Vinterfestspill i Bergstaden

Røros
Since 1999 we in the mining town of Røros have been able to enjoy a new shade of season – the Fifth Season. Then Vinterfestspill i Bergstaden creates meetings and contact between chamber music, attentive people and the World Heritage town of Røros.
It is here that Bergstadens Ziir opens up with its spectacular church space, and the scent of tulips from a season that seems far away hits you. It is here that the intimate concert experiences are felt in the body, and the glowing joy of communicating is found. It is also here that the contrasts in a varied programme invite play, and concert intervals are used for local food experiences and good human encounters.
