Fjord Cadenza is a music festival headquartered in Skodje and Ålesund, Møre og Romsdal. Our shared responsibility for culture and nature, and the splendour of beautiful music and people, are the core values of Fjord Cadenza. Fjord Cadenza was established in 1993 and from the very start offered musical talents a summer training programme and gave concert experiences back to the local audience. 30 years on, the festival has grown to be the largest classical music festival in the region, in 2023 with 28 concerts over 6 days on 18 different stages all around Sunnmøre.
