Horten Kammermusikkfest is Vestfold's chamber music gem – an international chamber music festival where strong contact between performers and audience is the focus. High artistic quality is combined with intimate musical encounters – welcome to unique experiences!
HKF combines high artistic quality with intimate encounters between musicians and audience, and through this wishes to build interest in and enjoyment of classical music. The festival was first held in 2009, and is held every June in Horten. Behind the festival is artistic director Kari Ravnan, cellist in the Oslo Philharmonic and one of the great driving forces behind the development of chamber music in Eastern Norway. The general manager is Charlotte Udø Kjeldsberg.
