HøstKlassisk 2026
25. sep. - 26. sep.
Sandefjord
HøstKlassisk 2026
Three lovely concerts 25 – 26 September
which open with a concert with solo wind players from Oslofilharmonien and Operaen. Spirited music for wind quintet by Carl Nielsen, Paul Hindemith, August Klughardt and György Ligeti. Ligeti composed Six Bagatelles for this line-up - and in a suitably fitting dialect we would like to ask you:
Lige De Ligeti?
That is also what Tom Ottar Andreassen, flute, Sigurd Greve, oboe, Fredrik Fors, clarinet, Ole Kristian Dahl, bassoon and Maksim Semenov, horn, are wondering.
Lars Saabye Christensen is the main character when on Saturday 26 September we invite you to a new author/music meeting in collaboration with Sandefjordbibliotekene. This autumn he comes with a new edition of the poetry collection
Stempler!
and for these poems we will hear music by the composer and pianist Helge Iberg, performed by himself and the six singers of Nordic Voices.
Finally we reminisce around
The three S's!
together with soprano Frøy Hovland Holtbakk from Operaen and Engegårdkvartetten – Arvid Engegård and Amanda Håøy Horn, violin, Juliet Jopling, viola and Jan Clemens Carlsen, cello
.
And The three S's! - in this context, those are the composers Smetana, Schumann and Schönberg.
