Midtåsen kulturfestival
7. jul. - 21. jul.
Sandefjord
Midtåsen is once again the place for a brilliant music festival with classical music. Join us from the start in the park with the concert SHOW BOAT - with the subtitle "As you make your bed, so you must lie!" - based on one of the great classical musicals - lightly mixed with the best of opera arias and Italian delicacies. There will be a lovely chamber music series in Arnebergstuen and Midtåsen skulpturpaviljong - two themed evenings with music, food and drink - daily Café concerts. The country's only children's festival founded on classical music offers The Magic Flute and a brand-new production specially made for Midtåsen as a cultural arena: KJÆRSTEBRUSEN! - freely after Donizetti's merry opera The Elixir of Love.
35 wonderful events to choose from in the best of summer! Detailed programme to be announced at the start of May.
