Harpefoss Hotell

Harpefoss hotell was established as an art and artist-in-residence centre in 2014. A disused railway hotel from the late 1800s is today an arena for exhibitions in the farm buildings and outdoors, as well as guest rooms for artists. We want to use art, architecture and design as frameworks for exploring the natural environment and knowledge of nature, where new projects and collaborations can be developed both on site and in cooperation with other institutions. Harpefoss hotell also houses events, concerts and festivals, in addition to artist residencies and workshops.
