In the concert series "alles K!ART" the Copenhagen based Ensemble for new music and performance art K!ART will perform pieces by composers living in Essen, Cologne and Copenhagen showcasing the contemporary music scene in each city. Taking part in the project are Diana Margarita Ortiz and Sowon Yun from Essen, Emil Vijgen and Georgia Koumará from Cologne, Connor McLean and Joss Smith from Copenhagen. Pieces by Diana Margarita Ortiz: Tumbar Estatuas (2023) for snare drum & electronics, premiere Sowon Yun: One (2019/2023) for live-video and ensemble Georgia Koumará: wurst (2019) for a performer with effect pedals Emil Vijgen: Photobooth study no. 2 (2021) el.guitar & video Connor McLean: take it all home (2023) for ensemble, premiere Joss Smith: waiting for something to happen?
