Bodø Internasjonale Orgelfestival is an annual festival that takes place in November.
Bodø Internasjonale Orgelfestival was established in the wake of the inauguration events for the new organ in Rønvik kirke in 2002. Since 2003 a festival has been held under the BIOF banner in Bodø.
Here we present classical organ concerts, organ in combination with other instruments, rhythmic concerts, lunchtime concerts, choir concerts, masterclasses and other organ-related concerts and events. In addition, Kirkemusikksenter Nord's professional days, organ courses for young people and the children's organ party take place at the same time as the festival, and together with the students who visit us from various music education institutions, the participants here put their stamp on the programme.
