Kristiansand Kammermusikkfestival
29. aug. - 1. sep.
Kristiansand
Kristiansand kammermusikkfestival is being held again with new and youthful drive. Sandra Lied Haga, artistic director, and Anne Camilla Furre Thommesen, festival manager, have the pleasure of inviting you to our first official edition of the festival.
The vision behind the newly established Kristiansand Kammermusikkfestival is the freedom to create new musical dimensions for audiences and artists, the way we feel and believe music should be conveyed. We hope to meet the concertgoers who already love classical music and share our musical passion, but also to reach out to a young, new audience that has not yet become acquainted with this art form.
With our wish to convey music that goes straight to the heart, the audience will hear the most beautiful works from the Romantic era, Viennese Classicism and the Baroque, with touches of treasures from more modern times.
This year's festival takes place 29 August-1 September, and we warmly welcome everyone to musical days in Kristiansand!
