Description

Concert with Vor Frelsers Kantori Come and help celebrate Lars Sømod Jensen - organist at Vor Frelsers Kirke for 25 years. On the occasion of Lars Sømod's 60th birthday, Vor Frelsers Kantori invites you to a concert that also marks the end of almost 20 years with Lars as the choir's conductor. The concert will feature works by Lars Sømod Jensen, including movements from his Maria Suite (to texts by Lisbeth Smedegaard Andersen) as well as movements from his beautiful Requiem, which was recorded by Vor Frelsers Kantori in 2025. After the concert, everyone is invited to a reception in the nave, where you can wish Lars a very happy birthday and thank him for his many years as conductor of Vor Frelsers Kantori. The concert is free.
