Live Klassisk: one place, one login

On Live Klassisk the audience finds all the concerts in one place. The goal is that they can also buy the ticket in the same place, with one login, whoever the organiser is.

Free for you

It costs the organiser nothing. The buyer pays a fee per ticket, and you get the full ticket price. Free tickets are free, for the buyer too.

The fee is our DKK 4 + 2.5% of the ticket price plus VAT, and Stripe's payment fee. The price on the concert card always includes the fee.

Cheaper for the buyer than Billetto

The fee the buyer pays per ticket, including VAT:

Billetto's price is 3.99% + DKK 6.99 per ticket plus VAT (go.billetto.com, November 2026). And with us the money arrives continuously from your own Stripe account; Billetto pays out 3-5 working days after the concert.

The money goes straight to you

The purchase is made on your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank account. The ticket money never passes through Live Klassisk.

How to get started

You set up the sale in Backstage with a price and the number of tickets. You connect your own Stripe account with your CVR number, bank account and ID. If you are a partner, we set up the sale for you, just as we do with your concerts.

Tickets and entry

The buyer gets the ticket by email with a QR code and can always find it again on My page. At the door you scan the tickets with your phone, and you can follow the sale in Backstage.

If a concert is cancelled

If you cancel a concert, you can refund all buyers from Backstage.
