What does it cost to have our concerts on Live Klassisk?
Nothing. Every organiser can use Live Klassisk for free - you create a profile, add your concerts and are visible to audiences straight away.
A partnership costs from DKK 2,500 a year and means that we do the work: we create and update your concerts, make sure the information is correct and see to it that audiences always find you.
Why be on Live Klassisk when we have our own website?
The people who already know you find your website. The people who don't are not searching for you - they are searching for a concert.
They are the ones who fill the hall with new faces, and they only find you if you are where they are looking.
What do we get from a partnership that we don't get for free?
You don't have to do it yourselves, and it gets done properly. We create and update the concerts, fix mistakes and keep the information correct all season - also when the programme changes.
At the same time your concerts are featured in the newsletter, in recommendations and across the platform.
Why does it cost more for large organisations?
Because the price follows the work. A symphony orchestra with a hundred concerts a year needs more upkeep than an ensemble with five. The content of the agreement is the same - the scope is not.
What is the concert widget?
A piece of code you put on your own website. It shows your upcoming concerts, fetches them straight from Live Klassisk and updates itself. You edit in one place.
Do we need to be able to code to use the widget?
No. You paste one line of code where the calendar should go. It works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and most other systems. You choose how tall the calendar should be - and we are happy to help you set it up.
We already have concerts in three other calendars. Isn't this just one more?
That is exactly the point of the widget: you maintain one place instead of four. Your own website pulls from the same source as Live Klassisk.
What happens to the calendar if we stop being partners?
It stays on your site. The widget is free - as a partner you simply get it without our logo, and we keep the content up to date for you.
What does "extra visibility" cover?
We work actively to fill the concert halls - with targeted exposure across the platform, in the newsletter and on social media, when you want your concerts to reach further.
It can be added whether or not you have a partnership.
Who creates the concerts?
You decide. With a free Backstage login you do it yourselves. With a partnership we take care of all of it - also when the programme changes mid-season.
How do you decide whether we are a small, medium or large organisation?
By how many concerts you hold a year and the size of the organisation. If in doubt, write to us - we will find the right solution together.
Can we show the concerts on our own website?
Yes. With our concert widget you can put your concerts from Live Klassisk on your own site. A concert is edited in one place and updated everywhere.
The widget is free for everyone. Partners get it without our logo - and don't have to keep the calendar up to date themselves.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Create a free profile, add a few concerts and put the widget on your site. The partnership is something you can choose afterwards.
