Description

Classical guitar and soprano - "Everyday Life in the World - birthday programme". Kristine Mågård, soprano, and Kirsi Tilk, guitar, together make up KirsiKristineDuo. They have put together a well-planned programme in which we go on a musical journey to different countries. They spice up the journey with well-known and beloved Danish songs and shows, and tell small anecdotes in between. The composers Robert Gerhard, Manuel de Falla and Benjamin Britten have depicted small everyday scenes in Spain, England and Latin America. In 2026 Gerhard and de Falla celebrate their 150th and 130th birthdays respectively, and Britten died exactly 50 years ago. They mark this in the concert, so look forward to an exciting musical journey. Admission: 50 kr.
