Guitar Concert with Claus Rosenqvist

Description

Concert with Claus Rosenqvist Wednesday 11 November at 19.00 in Vor Frue Kirke in Kalundborg Welcome to an atmospheric evening of beautiful solo music for guitar, as the guitarist Claus Rosenqvist visits Vor Frue Kirke. The programme features a varied selection of works from both the classical guitar repertoire and more recent repertoire. We will experience, among other things, music by Antonio Vivaldi, Matteo Carcassi, Francisco Tárrega, Andrés Segovia and Isaac Albéniz. The concert includes Tárrega's beautiful and well-known Recuerdos de la Alhambra, Albéniz's Asturias and several other works from the Spanish guitar tradition. In addition, Claus Rosenqvist plays his own compositions, including Via Dolorosa and Für Elizabeth, and the programme is rounded off with the characterful Tango en Skai by Roland Dyens. The guitar fills the church with a very special sound and presence, and the stage is set for an evening in which the music is allowed to take centre stage. 🎶 Wednesday 11 November at 19.00 📍 Vor Frue Kirke, Kalundborg 🎟️ Free admission Everyone is warmly welcome to a lovely musical evening in Vor Frue Kirke.
