Classical for Babies - Malene Horsfeldt and Three String Players

Description

It is never too early to be introduced to classical music, and after two seasons of our popular BabySymfoni we are changing the concept slightly – but the target group is still 0-3-year-olds. Once again we spread cushions on the floor and invite you to a magical half hour for the very youngest. This season the regular host is the music educator Malene Horsfeldt, whom we know from the popular De små lytter concerts in Øvre Foyer. Now she moves into Klassisk Sal, where together with musicians from Aalborg Symfoniorkester she creates a safe and sensory space where the little audience members and their grown-ups can experience the music up close. The concert is active and playful, and the audience takes part all the way. We sing hello songs, go exploring in action rhymes, follow musical bubbles and flutter like birds in the air and play with a parachute to well-known classical works. On two Saturdays the music is provided by three string players, and on two Saturdays by woodwind players.
