Christmas concert with MidtVest Børnekor
MidtVest Børnekor, kor
Description
A genuine Christmas atmosphere is guaranteed when MidtVest Børnekor sing in Christmas at the Library in Herning. There will be both new and old material, classic hymns and rhythmic numbers, familiar and unfamiliar melodies. Along the way the audience will have the chance to sing along to several of the well-known Christmas hymns, in lovely harmony with the bright girls' voices. MidtVest Børnekor, together with MidtVest Juniorkor, forms the preparatory stage for MidtVest Pigekor, and all three choirs are based at Den Jyske Sangskole in Herning. The musical work in the Børnekor aims to enable the girls to apply for MidtVest Juniorkor and later MidtVest Pigekor. Over a one-year course we therefore work on basic vocal training and movement in order to establish a secure foundation to build on. Everyone is welcome - no ticket is needed.
