Christmas concert with Filharmonisk kor, Aalborg

Description

Look forward to an evening with Filharmonisk kor, the choir known as one of the region's leading classical choirs. This concert offers classical international Christmas music and a selection of beloved Danish Christmas hymns. Since it was founded in 1961 the choir has worked closely with Aalborg Symfoniorkester whenever the great classical oratorios are to be performed. Together with its current conductor Michael Bojesen, Filharmonisk kor has worked on large productions of the classical oratorios. Michael Bojesen, who for many years was conductor of Radioens Pigekor and the chamber choir Camerata, has always composed and arranged choral works. With him as conductor, a great and moving experience awaits when he conducts both his own and others' arrangements of the beautiful classical Christmas music for choir. The concert is organised by Skagen Musik og Teater Forening. Admission: 200 kr. Subscriptions: 100 kr. Annual pass: free.
