Acclaimed as “a star” (New York Times), “the man of the future” and even “a consummate perfectionist on the cello” (Politiken), the Danish cellist Toke Møldrup has performed all over Europe, in the USA, South America, Australia, the Middle East and Asia over two decades. With his concerts, his presence on social media and his experimental and reflective approach to classical music, Møldrup manages both to fascinate the existing audience and to engage new listeners. Tanja Zapolski is one of Denmark's most distinctive classical pianists and has for more than 30 years been an active and significant part of Danish musical life. She has enriched Denmark with both classical concert formats and a wide range of new, innovative ways of communicating classical music, and throughout her career has created connections between tradition and renewal, between music and people.
