Welcome to the chamber music festival
30 JUNE – 3 JULY 2022
In collaboration with Ensemble MidtVest we once again open the doors to Nørre Vosborg Kammermusikfestival and invite the audience in for world-class chamber music. In addition to the traditional chamber concerts, the festival offers a series of sensory and culinary experiences from West Jutland culture and nature.
Aleksandar Madžar
This year's international guest soloist is the Serbian pianist Aleksandar Madžar, who also visited us just before the pandemic in 2020. This time he takes part in our summer festival. Since his debut with the Berliner Philharmoniker in 1990, he has collaborated with a large number of Europe's leading orchestras, including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra London, BBC Philharmonic, Scottish Chamber Orchestra, Budapest Festival Orchestra and Belgian National Orchestra. In addition, he has worked with conductors such as André Previn, Rudolf Barschai, Marcello Viotti, Dimitri Kitaenko and Gilbert Varga. As a chamber musician he performs regularly with Louise Hopkins, Andreas Staier, the Takács Quartet, the Belcea Quartet and Muriel Cantoreggi. Madžar is a professor at Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg and at the Royal Conservatoire in Brussels.
The chamber music festival will be held in Multisalen, Agerum and Riddersalen
