Frederiksværk Musikfestival
2. jul. - 23. jul.
Frederiksværk
Dear Festival Guests
We now present the complete season programme for 2026. The festival is held from 2/7 to 23/7, and ticket sales start on 17/3.
The programme contains delicacies from the treasure chamber of older classical chamber music as well as some newer, exciting and lesser-known works.
Everything is placed in the hands of leading musicians from Denmark and abroad, and we look forward to presenting you with both new and familiar performers at the festival.
It is a particular pleasure for us to be able to programme the jazz legend Palle Mikkelborg's concerto for violin, harp and string ensemble entitled “Going to Pieces without falling apart”. The soloists are Christina Åstrand, violin and Zachary Hatcher, harp, and Hermes Ensemble also takes part.
See you again at Gjethuset in July
Kind regards
Michael Dabelsteen
on behalf of the Festival Management
