Rønnebæksholm is an old manor first mentioned in 1321. The estate lies in Rønnebæk parish in Næstved Municipality. The main building was erected in 1734 and rebuilt in 1841, 1889 and 1890. Rønnebæksholm Gods covers 230.5 hectares. The building is used as an art gallery.
