Chamber Concert with Catherine Bullock and Simon Lane

Description

Usually you hear Catherine Bullock when she leads the viola section of the Oslo Philharmonic. This time the viola takes centre stage as she invites you to a chamber concert together with Simon Lane at the piano. The concert opens with fairy tales: Robert Schumann's Märchenbilder, or “fairy-tale pictures” in Norwegian. After the fairy tales comes Alan Cassar's Volatility, before the concert ends with Johannes Brahms' Sonata in F minor. Welcome! The event is free. No ticket is required – first come, first served. Programme: Robert Schumann / Märchenbilder, Op. 113 Alan Cassar / I Stillhet Johannes Brahms / Sonata in F minor
