Orpheus in the Underworld

Description

Opera for the people It is outrageous, fun and very socially critical. It is time for a lot of sheep and national-plague music when Vidar Magnussen's Orfeus i Underverdenen shakes up the Opera House once again! People think they know what they will get at the Opera: love and death, great sorrow, little fun and a theme as ancient as the art of opera itself. People think so. People are wrong. For nothing is as people expect when director Vidar Magnussen's operetta is back in Bjørvika again - with Kristoffer Olsen in one of the leading roles. You are hereby invited to a wild party of the gods with plenty of drinking, ridiculously well-known music, costumes of the rough kind - and a can-can that kicks in all directions.
