If you are already logged in, "TO BACKSTAGE" is shown in the main menu
Creating concerts and festivals
Create a new concert:
1) Click "CREATE NEW CONCERT".
2) Fill in all required fields.
3) If you cannot find the venue you want in the list of venues, you are welcome to create it as a new venue by clicking "CREATE NEW VENUE".
4) Once you have filled in all fields and uploaded an image, click "SAVE CONCERT". The concert will then be published. You will usually need to reload/refresh the page before you see the concert on your overview and on the public concert overview. You can edit, delete or make a new copy of a created concert at any time.
NB: If you choose "SAVE AND CREATE NEW COPY", the concert is saved/published at the same time as you open a new copy of the concert. This is handy if, for example, you are on tour or putting on a production that is performed many times. Just remember to change the time or place on the copy before you save and create the next copy!
Are you responsible for a great many concerts during the year? Contact us by email or chat, and we can surely find a way to include all the concerts!
Create a new festival:
1) Navigate to "FESTIVALS" in the menu on the left in "BACKSTAGE"
2) Click "CREATE FESTIVAL"
3) Fill in all required fields.
Then, when you create or edit individual concerts, you can choose to link the concert to the festival under "link to festival or concert series".
Should any problems arise with creating concerts, logging in or anything else, you are very welcome to contact us by chat or email!
Profile pages for ensembles and concert series
Profile pages for ensembles and concert series must be created by an administrator. If you would like an ensemble profile page, send us a picture, a short text about the ensemble/concert series, and possibly a link to a website, Facebook page or similar, and we will add it!
Classical concerts
Finally, we remind you that this is a concert calendar for classical, professional concerts, and we ask that you please respect this. Live Klassisk reserves the right to delete or edit unwanted, incorrect or offensive content – even after a user has been approved.
