In 2022 they swept the board at several prestigious international quartet competitions with intense, present ensemble playing and an unusually mature understanding of sound. Their concerts are well thought out and often feature programmes with a coherent narrative. Tonight's programme is titled 'Lamentations', with works that reflect with inner tension on loss and memories.
