Description
Johann Christian Bach invented an ensemble form that was completely unheard of, consisting of 2 horns, 2 bassoons and two of the brand-new clarinets. Beethoven must have known these works by JC Bach, the father of the Classical era, since he himself composed for exactly the same combination. We look forward very much to performing this rarely played music with some of Denmark's most promising young musicians. Johann Christian Bach Sinfonias E-flat major B-flat major Interval Beethoven Sextet in E-flat major, Op. 71
