Concert with Piano Students from Det Kongelige Danske Musikkonservatorium

Description

Students At this concert we meet a number of piano students from Det Kongelige Danske Musikkonservatorium, who are taught by the pianist and conservatoire teacher Rikke Sandberg. The concert gives the audience the chance to experience young musicians who are in the middle of their artistic training, and who work purposefully to develop their musical expression and interpretive ability. The performers will present a selection of works from the piano literature. The programme reflects the breadth and depth that characterise the teaching at the conservatoire, and offers an insight into the work that lies behind a professional music education. Rikke Sandberg trained at Det Kongelige Danske Musikkonservatorium and has for many years been an active part of Danish musical life as a soloist, chamber musician and teacher. Alongside her extensive concert activity, she teaches future generations of pianists at the conservatoire. The evening offers music performed by talented young pianists and the chance to experience classical music in lively and engaged interpretations. We look forward to welcoming both music lovers and curious listeners to an atmospheric concert. Everyone is welcome, and admission is free. Price: None
