Mam'zelle Nitouche - theatre

Description

As always, Figaros turn everything upside down in their breathless and comic staging of "Mam'zelle Nitouche ...causes havoc in the convent". It will be hilariously funny, offbeat, sparkling and musically first-class when the old classic operetta from 1883 is dusted off and sent through Figaros' crazy wringer. Behind the convent walls, the organist Celestin hides his true identity as the composer Floridor, while Mam'zelle Nitouche dreams of life in showbiz. When the singer Deloris Van Cartier - disguised as a nun - seeks refuge in the convent, things really go wrong. Complications, hidden identities and an entire regiment of Guards hussars will get the pulse racing for both the audience and the four performers, who play, sing and dance the roles. As always, it is all delivered in a festive blend of operetta, musical, soul and swing! Duration: 130 minutes with an interval. Unnumbered seating. Theatre buffet can be added to your booking, served at 18.15. Performance at 19.30 Presented by Tønder Teater. Producer: Figaros.
