Odense
A NEW NORDIC BEACON
With Carl Nielsen Festival, Denmark has gained its own international orchestra festival, held for the first time on 26-30 August 2022 on Funen.
Odense is the centre of the festival's major guest orchestra performances and the promenade concert with Odense Symfoniorkester, while at selected Funen manor houses chamber concerts are given, where international star soloists from the symphonic concerts meet the best of Danish musical life.
