For the tenth year in a row SV-festival throws open its doors to marked musical diversity. We are turning round this year - 10 candles on the cake, and that calls for a celebration!
Come and experience alternative folk, indie-classical, art pop, sound art, nu-jazz, psychedelic new age, symphonic music and nowsound in Sydhavn.
New this year, we have a special festival centre, which this year is at Karens Minde Kulturhus. Here you can experience an intense SV programme on both Friday 6 June and Saturday 7 June. It will be festive, with a Friday bar and a double concert with art pop/rock, and a Saturday from 14 – 22 with a big family concert with Danmarks Underholdningsorkester, exotic space pop and medieval heavy neofolk…
Also drop by the neighbourhood party “Best of Bavnehøj” on Wednesday 4 June, and by Constitution Day out on Mozarts Plads, and by the Nordic Whitsun ball at BaneGaarden!
The whole festival week will be buzzing with the feel of a music festival, and most concerts have free admission! See you out there in the world's best Sydhavn - the whole city's music district.
