Welcome to Rued Langgaard Festival 2020 from 3–6 September.
This year's Rued Langgaard Festival is on fire – both physically and spiritually. Fire organ, spiritual revolution, mysticism, meditation and ecstasy in shimmering colours, unfolded in notes by two eccentric composers – the Danish Rued Langgaard (1893-1952) and the Russian Aleksandr Scriabin (1872-1915).
Under the theme "Fire", some of Denmark's most acclaimed musicians and orchestras play works by Langgaard and Scriabin, which the audience can gain deeper insight into through the festival's talks and artistic events with artists, researchers and experts.
Look forward to four days of magnificent music, talks and unusual concerts in the beautiful surroundings of Ribe.
