Utzon Center

Utzon Center is an exhibition venue in Aalborg, inaugurated in May 2008. The museum exhibits design, architecture and art, and it was designed by Jørn Utzon and his son Kim Utzon. Utzon Center became Jørn Utzon's last work before his death in November 2008. Utzon Center lies on Aalborg Havnefront, a place where Jørn Utzon as a child spent much of his time. The roofs of the building are inspired by the sails of the ships.
