Say hi to Kaya!
Hello concert goers!
My name is Kaya Kato Møller, I’m a violinist in NOVO Quartet - a Danish/Polish string quartet based in Copenhagen. Usually, I'm the one on stage, but over the past years I've been quite curious about the “behind the scenes situation”, which has resulted in me launching a brand new chamber music series in Copenhagen. I’ve had the pleasure of hand-picking some concerts in Denmark and Norway that I myself have plans to go to, or that I really wish I had the opportunity to attend. I hope it can be an inspiration for you out there!
🌱 March 28 & 29 19:30 / Across Chamber Music Series @ Musikhuset København
This is the brand new chamber music series, which I mentioned earlier. I’ve gathered 9 of Scandinavia's leading, young musicians to join me on stage in Musikhuset, the old City Museum (Bymuseum) on Vesterbrogade - one of the busiest streets in the center of Copenhagen. I promise you, it will be chamber music in a class of its own. If your wallet feels empty but you’re thirsty for excellent concert experiences, this concert series is a good suggestion for how to quench your thirst. Mixed program, different both days. Everyone is welcome, I hope to see you there!

Two of the biggest stars in Scandinavia. Besides that factor, they also have in common that they are bursting with energy and always have a huge smile on their face. You can not not smile in their company (I have tried). I'm pretty sure that those two have a phenomenal chemistry together - a match which makes the audience get thrown around in the emotional register with them.

The DR Girl Choir and Philip Faber have a very special, magical power. I myself have had the great pleasure of playing with them a couple of times, and they simply radiate youth and singing joy. When I’ve heard them, I somehow forgot all about both time and place, and I just wanted to stay. I would say that’s a pretty good start.
