Guest Performance with BBC Singers and Edvard Grieg Kor

Description

The programme includes choral works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Frank Martin, Johannes Brahms, Charles Villiers Stanford, Thomas Tallis and Ola Gjeilo. There is every reason to look forward to this concert, where the two professional elite choirs BBC Singers and Edvard Grieg Kor join forces to present a rich and varied programme, from Thomas Tallis to Ola Gjeilo. BBC Singers is the UK's only fully professional chamber choir. The choir is based in London and tours regularly at home and internationally. Edvard Grieg Kor has gained great recognition both here at home and internationally. Daniel Hyde is choral conductor and organist, and is, among other things, director of music at King’s College of Music in Cambridge. Performers: Daniel Hyde, conductor Edvard Grieg Kor BBC Singers
