Experience Trio Bohémo's much-anticipated and exciting Copenhagen debut 17th of April paying homage to Czech musical heritage. The programme of the concert features well-known masterpieces alongside forgotten gems and contemporary compositions.
Trio Bohémo, formed in 2019, quickly gained recognition for their talent. They won awards such as second prize at the Gianni Bergamo Award and Ensemble of the Year 2021 from "Le Dimore del Quartetto." They also excelled at the "ISA Festival" in Austria and the "International Filippo Nicosia Award" in Italy. In 2021, they triumphed at the "International Johannes Brahms Competition" and the "International Parkhouse Award." Their success continued in 2022 and 2023 with wins at various competitions and debut performances at prestigious venues like Vienna Musikverein and Wigmore Hall. They were part of the European Chamber Music Academy and were supported by notable sponsors for their instruments.
We are going to hear Antonín Rejcha's Piano Trio No. 1, Martin Brunner's emotive "Moving Silhouettes," and Bedřich Smetana's haunting Piano Trio in G minor.
