Early Music Project: Den tidløse fløjte

Description

Early Music Project warmly welcomes you to the concert series Den tidløse fløjte, where we look forward to presenting all the flute sonatas by J.S. Bach with Winnie Bugge Frandsen on baroque flute and Søren Gleerup Hansen on harpsichord. We hope you will come and experience Bach's flute sonatas in intimate and relaxed surroundings. Winnie and Søren play on historical instruments, and although the works are described as flute sonatas, both the baroque flute and the harpsichord play equal roles in the music. It is through the interplay between the musicians, the instruments, and Bach's ingenious polyphony that the music is allowed to ring, shine and dance in the room - let yourself be swept away! After the concert there will be an opportunity to talk to the musicians. They will gladly tell you about the interplay and collaboration, the baroque music or everything that is special about the historical instruments.
