After-Work Concert
Marcus Nygaard Pedersen, orgel
Description
Organ recital by the church's organist Marcus Nygaard Pedersen. This afternoon we turn off the lights in the church and enjoy the fading of the light in step with the sunset at an atmospheric sunset concert. Here Marcus will play a good 45 minutes of organ music, which leaves room for reflection and absorption. The music will include Arvo Pärt's minimalist Pari Intervallo, the melodic 2nd movement of Bach's Trio Sonata in E minor and César Franck's exquisite Prélude, Op. 18. Programme: Pärt / Pari Intervallo Bach / Trio Sonata in E minor, 2nd movement Franck / Prélude, Op. 18
