Christmas concert with Helsingørs lokale kor
Description
Helsingørs lokale kor Sct. Mariæ Kirke welcomes you to the traditional Christmas concert – one of Helsingør's many musical Christmas traditions. For many years the concert has brought the town's choirs together in a joint celebration of Advent and Christmas, and every year the church fills with a large and expectant audience. The concert has become a fixture of December and for many marks the musical beginning of Christmas. The evening's programme offers a varied selection of Danish and international Christmas music, with each of the participating choirs presenting its own repertoire. The audience can look forward to an atmospheric concert with familiar and beloved Christmas songs, classical choral pieces and newer Christmas music. There will also be a chance to sing along to some of the most popular hymns and songs of Christmas, so that everyone can be part of the musical experience. Free admission.
