Christmas Concert with Ars Nova Copenhagen

Description

The vocal ensemble Ars Nova Copenhagen Christmas concert with the vocal ensemble Ars Nova, conductor: Sofi Jeannin. This Christmas, Ars Nova’s Christmas journey goes around the world. Together with the audience we travel to the countries that hold a special place in our hearts and offer musical glimpses of each place’s unique Christmas traditions. From each country we offer a musical gift: a blanket woven from timeless masterpieces, beloved Christmas songs and entirely new surprises for our listeners. We promise that along the way there will be something to warm everyone. The journey ends in Denmark, where we celebrate the beloved Christmas songs that mark Christmas for so many of us – the familiar melodies we return to every year, and which carry the magic of Christmas into our hearts. Tickets are on sale at www.kuto.dk (Kulturværftet) or at the entrance from 14.30. The concerts are supported by Augustinus Fonden and William Demant Fonden.
