Once again we welcome you to Odense Sommerrevy's festive tent for an atmospheric summer concert under the many-sided banner of revue music. Odense Symfoniorkester looks forward to performing a number of immortal evergreens and thought-provoking gems from the revue's "musical radio news", where a smile is guaranteed and spirits are high - but also wise points from the treasure chest of revue lyrics and a glimpse into the social satire that is part of the revue's raison d'être. Here the revue shows how music, humour and laughter can be exactly what makes occupation, political realities or the shadow sides of society bearable. On stage we will experience the fabulous, revue-seasoned soloists Kim Hammelsvang, Andrea Pellegrini and Mathilde Passer. Look forward to classics such as "Den sidste turist i Europa", "Man binder os på mund og hånd", "Den lille lysegrønne sang" and "Fandens oldemor", better known as "Cigaretter, whisky og nøgne pi'r" - and we will provide a whole afternoon of good laughs, great music and pointed, satirical song gems. The concert is played in collaboration with Odense Sommerrevy.
