The future's digital platform for classical music
Live Klassisk launched in August 2020 in the middle of the pandemic and has since grown to include more than 10,000 classical concerts, hundreds of festivals and concert series, and virtually all orchestras, ensembles and smaller chamber music groups throughout Scandinavia.
Live Klassisk is the first modern digital platform for classical music and we have big plans for the future. With v. 2.0 we move a step closer to a single platform for all classical music - and an easy entrance to the fantastic world of classical music for everyone!
New times - new features!
Today the new version 2.0 of Live Klassisk goes live. It contains
- A news page for everything classical music-related - including articles, reviews, interviews, concert highlights and much more. It is available in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and English. The news page is open and everyone is welcome to get their articles onto it - contact us!
- iOS and Android apps - get lightning-fast access to information about all classical concerts near you with our new apps!
- Full overview - with 2.0 there are now many more ensembles, concert series and festivals, and more than 10,000 concerts on Live Klassisk.
- Extended profile pages for all organisations, where you can see upcoming and past season programmes.
- Hundreds of smaller fixes and optimisations backstage, so the platform has become faster, better and smarter!
- New partner agreements for organisers. Live Klassisk is free to use for everyone, but as a PARTNER you now get a long list of extra services. Read more here.
What is coming
We are working at full speed to develop many exciting new features for concertgoers, musicians and the whole classical music industry, which will make it even easier to enter the world of classical music and find suitable classical concerts. Here is a short selection:
- Full repertoire, composer and musician statistics for the entire classical music industry
- User login
- AI/Algorithm to help find classical concerts - custom-made for new concertgoers
- Maps view of all concert halls, churches and venues across the country (just like on Airbnb - that is going to be smart!)
Is there anything you miss on Live Klassisk? Write to us - and we will add it to the list 🌟
