Everyone can take part

Live Klassisk is open to all organisers of classical concerts and it is completely free to request an organiser account. See our prices and subscriptions for various add-ons and extra PARTNER features. The subscription prices are set so low that everyone can take part. Contact us if you would like to hear more!
Once your account has been approved, you can log in to your personal organiser account.
1) Log in via "ORGANISER LOGIN" in the main menu with the username or email you gave earlier, together with your password.
2) This takes you to "BACKSTAGE", where you can, among other things, see and manage all your concerts and festivals.
Have you forgotten your password? Use the "Forgot your password?" function at login. If that does not work, please contact us!
Create a concert
1) Click "CREATE CONCERT"
2) Fill in the required fields
3) If you cannot find the venue you want in the list of venues, you are welcome to create it as a new venue by clicking the plus "Create venue".
4) Note that the "Ensemble/Musician" field has two functions: you can either type free text and add it by clicking 'Add "name"' after typing the text, or choose from the drop-down list of registered ensembles in Scandinavia.
5) If your concert is part of a festival or a concert series, you can add it to the festival/concert series by finding and selecting them in the list. If your festival has not been created yet, you must create it first (read more below)
6) Please note that it is mandatory to enter a ticket URL. If your concert is free, we ask you to enter a link to your website or to another relevant place.
7) When you have filled in all fields and uploaded an image, press "CREATE CONCERT" - the concert will then be published. Please note that you sometimes have to refresh the page or wait a couple of seconds before you can see the concert in the overview.
8) If you have many of the same concert - for example a tour or an opera - you can duplicate your concert by pressing "SAVE AND CREATE A COPY". Then change the date and time and, if necessary, the concert venue. When you have created the last of your duplicated concerts, press "CREATE CONCERT". Please note that when you press "SAVE AND CREATE A COPY", the concert is saved/published at the same time as you open a new copy of the concert. You can create, edit, duplicate or delete your concerts at any time.
Are you responsible for many concerts during the year? Contact us by email, chat or phone, and we will find a way to get all your concerts onto Live Klassisk!
Create a festival
1) Press "CREATE FESTIVAL"
2) Choose a start and end date. Please note that the duration must not be longer than 3 weeks.
3) Search for a city that you consider the festival's main city and select it
4) Upload a cover/profile image in the dimensions 1200x600
Should any problems arise with creating concerts, festivals, logging in or anything else, you are very welcome to contact us by chat, email or phone!
