A full evening with Rachlin and friends

Description

An exclusive conversation with Rachlin and the serving of finger food and sparkling wine are included. Violin: Julian Rachlin Piano: Christian Ihle Hadland Violin: Armando Toledo Aribú Viola: Elias Goldstein Cello: Ariel Alexis de Wolf Robert Schumann: Piano Quintet in E-flat major, Op. 44 (1842) Johannes Brahms: Piano Quintet in F minor, Op. 34 (1862–64) The audience is invited to a concert out of the ordinary, in exclusive surroundings in the Klubben banqueting rooms in Kristiansand. With a very limited number of seats, Julian Rachlin (violin) and Christian Ihle Hadland (piano), together with a selection of musicians from KSO, present a programme to look forward to. Schumann's piano quintet is a masterpiece of Romantic chamber music for piano, and this evening it is combined with the crowning achievement of Brahms' chamber music output.
