LiveStrings is a string ensemble based in Copenhagen, Denmark We do concerts/tours, studio recordings and provide string arrangements LiveStrings mainly work as a string quartet, but also in smaller and bigger groups LiveStrings has extensive experience with non-classical genres such as pop, rock, soul, rap, hip hop, jazz, R&B, improvisation, klezmer, folk and big band. In addition to concerts, our work includes studio sessions, music videos, TV-shows, advertisements (stills and video shots), playing at outside venues such as larger music festivals, and using various microphones and in-ear-systems. We provide string arrangements in all genres. Our professional classical work cover both chamber music and orchestras, such as The Royal Opera Copenhagen, The Danish Radio Orchestra and Copenhagen Philharmonic. Chamber music ensembles include Nordic String Quartet, Trio Copenhagen, Trio Gemini, Nightingale String Quartet. LiveStrings mainly work as a quartet, but also perform as solo players (violin, viola or cello), duo, trio and even with larger groups.
